BdayGo (including apps, applets or other products or services provided through mobile device software programs) is operated by Shenzhen Aidapu Network Technology Co., LTD. ("We" or "Aidapu").

When you use the service, we will collect and use your relevant information. We hope that you will read this Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, store, share and protect your information when using our services. When using BdayGo, you can freely choose to provide us with or allow us to collect the following personal information: third party account profile picture and nickname information, album photos, user uploaded text, pictures, audio, location information, and address book information.

When you use BdayGo, our App will apply to you for system permissions related to personal information, as detailed in 2. System permission application and invocation:

1.1 Account Registration

In order to provide you with our services, you need to provide basic registration or login information, such as email address, verification code match results, nickname, and avatar, to create an account (username and password).

You can also log in to BdayGo using our supported third-party platform account. If you log in using a third party account, we will obtain relevant information from the third-party account based on your authorization (such as your nickname, avatar), to associate it with your BdayGo account, allowing you to directly log in and use this product and related services.

You may also provide additional information (such as your location) during registration, login or subsequent use, which helps us to provide personalized recommendations and enhance the service experience. However, if you choose not to provide this information, it will not affect your use of the basic functions of our products and services.

1.2 Setting Avatar

When you choose to take a photo or select one from the album as your account profile picture, we will request access to your album and collect the photo information and related data that you provide. If you refuse to provide such access, you will not be able to use this specific function without affecting your access to other functions of the Product and/or Services.

1.3 Setting the background pattern of the time card

When you use the Time Card service, we will request access to your photo albums and collect the photo information and related data that you provide. If you refuse to provide such access, you will not be able to use specific features without affecting your access to other features of the Product/Service.

1.4 Birthday management service

1.4.1 Recording your birthday

If you use the Birthday management service, you can further complete your birthday information. Even if you do not provide birthday information, it will not affect your use of the Birthday management service. If you provide your birthday information, we will automatically generate your age, zodiac sign and constellation based on your birthday.

1.4.2 Helping you record relatives’ and friends’ birthdays

To provide you with the birthday management services and record the birthdays of your relatives and friends, you need to fill in the names, genders, and birthdays of your relatives and friends. We will automatically generate the age, zodiac sign and constellation of your relatives and friends based on their birthdays.

1.4.3 Helping you record anniversaries

To help you use the anniversary recording feature, you need to fill in the title, date, object, and event content. You can also set reminder events and add locations. The above information is necessary to use the anniversary recording feature. If you disagree with us collecting the above information, you will not be able to use this feature. However, it will not affect your use of other services.

1.4.4 Helping you send wishes or cards to relatives and friends

You can enter the content of the wish/card, and share the link with your friends and relatives after binding to WeChat. Your friends and relatives can open the wish/card you sent in the WeChat mini program. You can unbind WeChat at any time, and this will not affect the processing of personal information before.

The above information is required to use the wish/Greeting card feature. If you disagree with us collecting the above information, you will not be able to use this feature. However, it will not affect your use of other services.

1.4.5 Setting birthday reminders

By authorizing BirthdayButler to access your device’s notification permissions, you can use the birthday reminder service. Once enabled, we will collect the birthday reminder time and sound settings you set. On the birthday of friends and relatives, according to your Settings, you will receive a pop-up reminder from BdayGo. You can turn off the notification permissions of your device at any time. The above information is necessary to use the birthday reminder function. If you do not consent to us collecting the aforementioned information, you will be unable to use the birthday reminder function. However, this does not affect your use of other services.

1.5 Sending you notifications

We may send you service-related notices when necessary (for example, when we suspend individual services for system maintenance). If you wish to stop receiving my messages, you can ask us to stop sending them. However, we may continue to send messages in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Please note that if you turn on any permission, you authorize us to collect and use relevant personal information to provide corresponding services for you. If you turn off any permission, you cancel your authorization. We will no longer collect and use relevant personal information based on the corresponding permission, and we will stop providing corresponding services for you. However, your action to disable permissions will not affect the previous collection and use of information based on your authorization.

5. Change of purpose for collecting and using personal information

As our business evolves, there may be adjustments or changes to BdayGo's features and services. In principle, when the new function or service is related to the function or service currently provided by us, the collection and use of personal information will be directly or reasonably related to the original purpose of processing. 2. Despite the above agreement, according to the requirements of laws and regulations, we may not be able to respond to your request under the following circumstances:

b. Related to public safety, public health or major public interests;

c. Related to the investigation, prosecution and trial of crimes;

d. There is sufficient evidence that you have subjective malice or abuse of rights;

1. Access, modify, copy and delete your personal information

1.2 In the following circumstances, you can make a request to us to delete personal information:

a. If we process personal information in violation of laws and regulations;

c. If our processing of personal information violates our agreement with you;

d. If you no longer use our products or services, or you cancel your account;

e. If we no longer provide you with products or services.

1.3 If we decide to respond to your deletion request, we will also notify the entities that have obtained your personal information from us for deletion in a timely manner, unless otherwise required by law or regulation, or these entities have your independent authorization. When you delete information from our services, we may not immediately delete the corresponding information from the backup system, but we will delete it when the backup is updated.

2. Withdraw consent

Each business function requires some basic personal information to be completed. For the collection and use of additional collected personal information, you can give or withdraw your consent at any time. You can apply via email to kf@i5.cn. When you withdraw your consent, we will no longer process the corresponding personal information. However, your decision to withdraw your consent will not affect the processing of personal information previously carried out on the basis of your authorization.

To change or revoke sensitive permission Settings: please proceed to My > Settings > Personal Information and Permissions to perform the operation.

3. Delete your account

According to the network information security storage management regulations, we provide the corresponding "logout function".

After deletion of account, we will immediately stop providing you with products or services, and delete your personal information according to your request, except as otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations.

Logout process:

Click Me -> General Settings -> Logout User -> OK -> Verify Email -> Submit Log out

After the logout process is completed, the server will immediately clear the user's personal information, member data and all application-level function data in the APP, and clear the local cache of the mobile application, and exit the current login state.

Notice of cancellation:

After you complete the cancellation procedure according to the platform process, the user information and related data under the account will not be restored. However, your use of BdayGo prior to logout is still subject to the terms of this Agreement. During your use of BdayGo, our processing of your personal information or intellectual property in accordance with your authorization will continue to be effective.

4. The personal data subject obtains a copy of personal information

You can apply via email to kf@i5.cn. Where technically feasible, we may also, upon your request, directly transfer a copy of your personal information to a third party designated by you.

5. Fee collection and rejection

For your reasonable request, we do not charge fees in principle, but for repeated requests that exceed reasonable limits, we will charge a certain cost fee according to the situation. We will reject requests that are repeated for no reason, require excessive technical means, pose a risk to the legitimate rights and interests of others, or are impractical. In the following cases, according to the requirements of laws and regulations, we will not be able to respond to your request:

a. Directly related to national security and national defense security;

b. Directly related to public safety, public health or major public interests;

c. Directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial and enforcement of sentences;

VIII Tips on advertising services

1. We may use your information to provide you with more relevant advertisements.

2. We may also use your information to send you advertising and marketing messages via BdayGo, email or other means to provide or promote the following products and services of Aidapu or third parties:

a. Products or services of Aidapu, Aidapu's affiliates and partners;

b. Third party suppliers, and third party products or services related to: Food and dining, sports, music, film, television, live performances and other arts and entertainment, books, magazines and other publications, clothing and accessories, jewelry, cosmetics, personal health and hygiene, electronics, collectibles, housewares, appliances, home decor and furnishings, pets, automobiles, hotels, transportation and travel, banking, insurance and other financial services, membership points and awards program, and other products or services that we believe may be relevant to you.

3. If you do not want us to use your personal information for the above-mentioned advertising services, you can ask us to stop using your personal information for the above-mentioned purposes through the relevant prompts we provide in the advertisement or the guidelines provided in the specific services.

IX Tips on minors using the Services

1. We prioritize the protection of minors' personal information. Minors under the age of 18 are not allowed to use BdayGo without the consent of their parents or legal guardians. Different jurisdictions have varying age classifications for minors and rules regarding the protection of minors' privacy. If you are at least 18 years of age but still considered a minor under local law, you should read this Policy under the guidance of your guardian and submit relevant personal information only after the guardian has agreed to this policy and submitted it. Please note that given the nature of the Internet and the online anonymity of users, we find it difficult to verify every consent from a guardian.

2. In cases where personal information of minors is collected with the consent of parents or legal guardians, we will only use or publicly disclose this information when permitted by law, with the express consent of parents or legal guardians, or when necessary to protect minors.

3. If a minor uses BdayGo without the consent of the parent or legal guardian, the parent or guardian of the minor has the right to contact us and request the immediate deletion of the minor’s personal information, which we will delete immediately after verification.

XI Tips on the scope of application and exceptions to the Privacy policy

1. Except for some specific services, all services of Aidapu are subject to this Privacy Policy. Specific privacy policies will apply to specific services, specific privacy policies for certain specific services, and Aidapu will be more specific about how we use your information in those services. The privacy policy for that particular service forms part of this Privacy Policy. If the privacy policy of a particular service is inconsistent with this Privacy Policy, the privacy policy of that particular service shall apply.

These privacy policies and methods are beyond our control. Your use of such third party's social media services or other services (including any personal information you provide to such third parties) is subject to the respective third party's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy (not the Aidapu User License Agreement or this Privacy Policy). Please carefully review their terms. This Privacy Policy applies solely to information collected by Aidapu and does not apply to any third party services or their rules, and Aidapu is not responsible for any third party use of the information provided by you.

XII Tips on changes to the Privacy policy

1. Aidapu may revise the terms of this Privacy Policy from time to time, and such revisions are considered part of this Privacy Policy. If such changes result in a material reduction of your rights under this Privacy Policy, we will notify you by prominently, such as by displaying a notice or sending you an email or through other means before the changes take effect. In such cases, by continuing to use BdayGo, you agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy as amended. We will not reduce your rights under this Privacy Policy without your express consent. We will post any material changes we make to this policy on this page. Material changes referred to in this Policy include, but are not limited to:

1. Aidapu solemnly reminds users to pay attention to the provisions in this agreement that exempt Aidapu from liability and limit users' rights, please read carefully and consider the risks independently. Minors should read this Agreement with a guardian.

2. The validity, interpretation and settlement of disputes hereof shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. If any dispute or dispute occurs between the user and Aidapu, it shall be settled through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, you may bring a lawsuit to the court with jurisdiction in the place where Aidapu is registered.

3. If any provision of this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and binding upon both parties.
